Refund policy

This refund policy applies to orders placed on this website only.

Returns. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us at info@mechaniccrib.com with your order number before you ship anything back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or wrong item. Email photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you, including return shipping when we are at fault.

Non-returnable. Opened electrical or plumbing parts that cannot be resold as new, custom-cut items, and gift cards are not returnable unless defective.

Refunds. Refunds go back to the original payment method within about 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original outbound shipping is only refunded if we made an error.

Cancellations. We can cancel an order before it ships. After it ships, use the return process above.
