Shipping policy

Mechanic Crib ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping unless a listing says otherwise.

Processing. Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment, Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. You will get a tracking number by email when the order ships.

Rates and methods. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. They depend on item size, weight, and destination.

Delivery times. Transit times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and incorrect addresses can add time.

Address. You are responsible for a complete, correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier or lost after an incorrect address you provided.

Damaged in transit. Keep the packaging and contact us at haagcollc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you and the carrier on a replacement or refund.

Oversize or freight. Heavy or oversized items may ship freight. Extra fees and a delivery appointment can apply; we will contact you if that is the case.
