These terms apply to Mechanic Crib, operated by HAAG CO LLC. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Store. This website is a separate storefront. Offers, prices, and policies here apply only to orders placed on this site.

Accounts and orders. You must provide accurate information. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes the package.

Products. See our Disclaimer for product-use and listing-accuracy terms. You agree to use products safely and as the manufacturer intends.

Intellectual property. Site content belongs to HAAG CO LLC or its licensors. Brand names on products belong to their owners.

Prohibited use. Do not misuse the site, scrape it unreasonably, or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, HAAG CO LLC’s liability for any claim related to this site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limits.

Governing law. Ohio law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds a section unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
